The Cellulose Fibers segment produces absorbent fluff, which is used in diapers; manufactures liquid packaging board and other pulp products, which are used in the production of liquid product containers; and generates energy from black liquor produced at the mills. The company was founded by Frederick Weyerhaeuser in January 1900 and is headquartered in Federal Way, WA.
