Turning Point Brands, Inc., through its subsidiaries, manufactures and markets smokeless and smoking tobacco products in the United States. The company operates in three segments: Smokeless Products; Smoking Products; and New Generation Products. The Smokeless Products segment manufactures and markets moist snuff; and contracts for and markets loose leaf chewing tobacco products. The Smoking Products segment markets and distributes cigarette papers and related products, as well as packages, markets, and distributes make-your-own (MYO) cigarette smoking tobaccos and related products; and markets and distributes MYO cigar wraps, MYO loose cigar smoking tobacco, and cigars, as well as packages, markets, and distributes traditional pipe tobaccos. The New Generation Products segment markets and distributes liquid vapor products, tobacco vaporizer products, and certain other related products, such as e-liquids and shishafruits, shisha gels, and other products without tobacco and/or nicotine. The company sells its products primarily under the Zig-Zag, Beech-Nut, Stoker's, Trophy, Havana Blossom, Durango, Our Pride, Red Cap, and V2Cigs brand names. Turning Point Brands, Inc. sells its products to wholesale distributors and retail merchants in the independent and chain convenience store, tobacco outlet, food store, mass merchandising, and drug store channels.
