The Gas Utility Operations segment is primarily consist of natural gas distribution to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The Wholesale Energy Operations segment is comprised of the activities of South Jersey Resources Group (SJRG), and South Jersey Exploration (SJEX). The SJE segment is involved in both retail gas, and retail electric activities. The On-Site Energy Production segment is the thermal energy facility of Marina and other energy-related projects. The Appliance Service Operations segment is the South Jersey Energy Service Plus, which services residential and small commercial HVAC systems, installs small commercial HVAC systems, provides plumbing services and services appliances under warranty via a subcontractor arrangement as well as on a time and materials basis. The Midstream segment refers to the investments in infrastructure and other midstream projects. The company was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Folsom, NJ.
