The Liquid segment supplies natural gas liquids to retailers, wholesalers, refiners, and petrochemical plants throughout the United States and in Canada, and which provides natural gas liquids terminaling and storage services through its 19 owned terminals throughout the United States, its salt dome storage facility in Utah and its leased storage and railcar transportation services through its fleet of leased railcars. The Retail Propane segment sells propane, distillates, and equipment and supplies to end users consisting of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial customers and to certain resellers. The Refined Products and Renewables segment conducts gasoline, diesel, ethanol, and biodiesel marketing operations. The company was founded on September 8, 2010 and is headquartered in Tulsa, OK.
